The Philae Temple

Despite facing the threat of submersion due to the construction of the Aswan Dam in the 20th century, the temple was carefully relocated to Agilkia Island in the 1960s. 

This effort ensured that its legacy, and the rich cultural heritage it embodies, would be preserved for future generations.
